Brianna Palmer, LMSW

Brianna is a Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) in the state of New York. She earned her Master of Social Work with a focus on Integrated Health from SUNY Stony Brook. Brianna has professional experience in child welfare, crisis counseling and intervention and school social work. Through those experiences, she has supported individuals of varying ages and walks of life in their journey to grow.

Brianna strives to provide a supportive space where clients can explore their emotions and develop practical coping skills. Her therapeutic approach is warm, collaborative, and tailored to each client’s needs. She utilizes approaches such as CBT, Mindfulness, Person-centered, Motivational Interviewing, Strengths Based, Solution-Focused, Culturally Responsive and Trauma Informed practice to support clients on their therapeutic journey.
